    Every 5t week of the gym ??

    Been reading that some guys take every 5t week of the gym. Them do this to ragain power. I have done it before. And i did feel wery good when i hit the gym the week after. I am on roids just now. But it is easy to overtrain to. Feel like super man. But some times do i think it is good with some time of. What u guys think about this ??

    A week off every so often will keep you fresh and allow for recovery. I am usually slightly weaker coming back but i feel better. I usually dont take a break while on cycle though. I will right before and a couple of weeks after PCT

    Yeh i would have to agree i wouldn't take time off during a cycle. But if you've trained for a while then taking a week off isn't going to hurt you... You wouldn't lose much if any! Friends of mine do it every 9 weeks and feel better for it. Personally i never stop, i cant...

    yeah definatly good to give your joints and your body a rest, ^^ but im the same, cant stop or i will go crazy and feel im getting so far behind, plus not having pumps through that week makes me (prob jst a mind thinkg) look smaller

    Not that bad idea. I personally when training needed that routine to keep on going and for my mind. So instead of taking total off week i used to do routine consisting of 3 hard weeks, each different, hard - strength, pump, and hard or pump and the fourth week would be rest which ment basically taking it easy concentrating, isolating, not doing that much of a main movements. Worked great for me.
