No deca is a very poor choice for a person in your position..

How about we begin with your diet and training....

Post your current diet here and how long have you been training???
Do not ask me for a source check.

thanks for the response guys, i train 4-5 times a week, just weight training. my diet consists of good lean meat, protein shakes, lots of veggies, eggs, and a touch of food with the occassional sweet. with carbs coming from rice more than anything else.i try and maintain 120-150gms of protein and above 300gm of carbs.
i m lean build with good muscle definition trying to increase the muscle mass for that really ripped look.
i ve been training for over 2 yrs and put on 20lbs since then have hit a plato and finding it hard to gain anymore. if u wanna know anything else pls do let me know.
    thanku

incrase your protien intake, 120-150gms is a bit on the low side, 1 grm to each lb of your body weight is recommened so 300gms a day and you will see more results by just changing a few things in your diet.

AAS isnt somthing that should be taken lightly, and if your diet and training isnt in check you will quickly loose your gains if you do cycle
