    How long after bulking on Anabolics to start a cut with clen?

    Right now I am on HDROL which is a prohormone similar to Oral Turinabol . 6 weeks cycle plus 4 week PCT of Nolva ( maybe 5 weeks to be safe) . I am going on a hard bullk right now eating very clean foods, but am gaining a good amount of fat along with muscle. I was somewhat at a higher bf% then I would like to have been when I started but decided to bulk anyway since its my first cycle. I want to cut with CLEN before I run my first injectable cycle of test E in 10/12+ weeks after cessation of PCT. How long should I wait ( continuing to eat a surplus of calories) after PCT to keep my gains ? I don't want to lose all the gains I made on cycle so I'm sure I will wait a bit after PCT to start a cut. How long would you recommend I continue bulking after I finish PCT ? Thanks for any input.

    Wouldn't I lose some of my gains if I started a cut right after the anabolic ?

    You'll always lose some of your gains during PCT and after. The goal is to keep as much of it as possible. Diet's the best thing that'll hang on to your gains. After PCT and your natural Test level is back to normal you can use Clen to cut. I don't like the way I feel on Clen but it does work. Take 1g of taurine a day along with clen so you don't get cramps.

    Thats what I'm worried about, I've been eating such an excess of food that I don't think I could could eat MORE during PCT. It's hard for me to eat and I force myself alot, especially these past few weeks on cycle. To keep gains do I need to eat MORE than I did on cycle or about the same in order to keep gains? Prob a dumb question, haha

    Clen has an anti catabolic effect to it, so it should help you to minimize lean muscle losses, whilst converting fat to energy. This is caused by it raising you temperature slightly and this helps protein synthesis. It's this elevated temp that helps to burn the fat.

    Complete PCT first.

    i dont think its going to make much difference before or after pct, many people do it during pct

    if your going to cut use clen during PCT and after. It helps lean mass retention by increasing protein synthesis as well as aiding in fat loss. I also tend to be hungrier on it so it could be a plus for you.

    well i wouldn't recommend during cycle due to its affects on ATP. i tend not to have as much energy to lift and would prefer to be at %110 during cycle and get the most gains. . . but again everyone is different. just me.
