how to avoid water retention
i have done a lot of research and have decided i still want to try d-bol...however can anyone tell me how to avoid building up water retention...or how hard it will be to get rid of the excess water after cycle?

im 22
5'9
172lbs
6 week cycle of dbol comined with nolvadex and clomid.
wanted to take testosterone with the dbol but im not sure as iv heard good reviews with and without the test.
and before you say it...i no im young according to a lot of people on here but iv been training for the best part of three years and eat at least 5000cals a day of all the right foods, protein, carbs and fat. i also drink 2 shakes a day

i think the general consensus is that irregardless your training experience, and at your age, three years aint too shabby, but irregardless, it has nothing to do with your training experience and everything to do with the physiological maturity of your body. The aas you do to your body at age 22 will come back to haunt you later on in life. Such as a ****ed up libido. Know what that is? Means you may not be interested in doing the bop with your old lady. Libido is simply the desire for sex, and if that aint important to you, then nothing anyone of us says will change your mind. and btw.... sex is OVERRATED, right?

Times Roman i dont fully agree with what your saying, at the age of 22, as long as you know what your doing, do a strong pct, and dont go overboard witht the amount of dosages, you should be fine..

Because your stats show your not ready for steroids and I dont care where you read dbol cycles are good, they are not and they still aren't if your stats showed that you was ready.
The guy who advice you that you will be fine is 22 yrs old, all the other experience members who have a lot of knowledge are trying to help you, the correct advice for you is not to cycle but your waiting till you hear what you want to hear, that does show immaturity.

im not being immature at all i was just hoping that there might be someone on here who has had a good experience with dbol...all other steroids i have looked at are either for people who have had experience on roids or havent had good reviews..
im not just looking to do steroids i want to do the whole package...my diet..intense training and steroids to give me an extra boost

Why dont you listen?
Ive been doing steroids longer than you have been alive,so i would say i have the experience what your looking for.....Your not ready for steroids, even if you was dbol only isnt the best cycle to run you wont get anything from it. I cant keep saying this to you because at one stage your going to have to listen and stop looking for what you want to hear, because anyone with any knowledge will tell you the same.

I agree to this. That u are to young and all that. **** that shit. I have been a skiny mother ****er all my life. So i desided to do something about it. I was 19 or 20 when i di my first one. I was only 65kg that time. I am stil a smal guy. But now i am 95kg. And i feel and not look like a baby stealing candy anymore...

22 is too young. But if you are deadset on this, then run a 10 week straight test cycle of 350 mg/wk. Forget the dbol till you know what a test cycle does to your body (pros and cons). Read the stickies at the top of this forum.

lets just forget about the age for a second ( though that reason alone should be enough to delay aas usage ) It has already been said that his stats show he is not ready! 5'9" 172# and what is your BF? You say you eat at least 5k calories a day,how do you know this? what does your daily meal plan look like? at 5k calories a day something is growing. And your attitude represents alot of peeps that come on here, as soon as someone jumped in with what you wanted to hear you were happy. Are you sure you know what you are doing? My advice, get a daily meal plan organized to meet your goals,put in some time/dedication and make it consistent with diet and training then reevaluate where you are in 3-5 years.
