    Fatty gyno

    I think i have some fatty gyno ...
    no lumps just fat in the area that is stubern

    what is the best way to get rid of this problem?

    Diet, Cardio and Training.

    Is it gyno, or just fatty area?

    well in was told that gyno can some times be just excess fat in the nipple area... also i tend to hold weight like a female in the thighs chest and legs so im thinking i mite have a estrogin problem here im taking arim.25 every other day

    Well, it depends on what you mean by excess fat in the nipple area. Are they puffy?

    In the first photo I would say that you just have some fatty tissue. The second photo is questionable.... If you dont have any lumps, no pain or sensitivety the the odds are in your favor. Just get your diet and cardio in shape and you can work on those areas. Once you drop some body fat you will be able to tell.

    I would agree with tboney^

    To me it looks like you just have fatty tissue around the lower chest area, diet and cardio should help it out but I can asure you it will be the last lace to to burn off, it always is

    Try cutting up and see how it looks

    thanks guys will do new picks at the end of the summer....so no need to run letro... my boy said to run arimadex higher and it will help get ride of the fat around the chest and love handles do you agree
