transitioning from a cut to a bulk while adding test to the bulk

    24 184lbs low bf%

hey guys haven't been on here in a long time. I was the sucker who used fake gear for 2 cycles and kept asking questions related to sides in order to find out if the gear was real or not. Anyways I am going to start my first REAL cycle hopefully August 1st. It will be test-prop 150mg eod. I have injected a lot by now so I don't care about frequent pinning, and I couldn't bare to wait 5 weeks before seeing results with enanthate , not to mention bloat which I hate more than anything.

Now the thing is I am cutting at the moment to shed as much fat as possible before starting. My cals are down to 2700 daily with my carbs being a little under 1g per lb. My target is about 3700 cals when bulking. How slowly should I gradually up my calories once I start? I doubt going straight to 3700 from 2700 all in one day would be a good idea.

The best period for growth would be directly after a good cutter, so I wish you luck on this one.

Shoot 75mg ED for the most stable bloodlevels. Or frontload enanthate.
I personally think the water retention, is the same with either ester, I don't seem why it shouldn't be if your using the same amount of hormone, and have the same stable hormone levels.

Calories can't be mapped out before hand, it's great to have a plan but you have to adjust and see.

Anyways, bloat and other ERSE.. There's AI's for that.

that isn't advice I expected to see about frontloading. I would shoot ED but I don't know if I can handle ED injections. Otherwise I would.

I have adex and will only use if I get sides other than bloat.

Do you think I should raise my cals by 1000 right off the bat? something tells me that will create a large environment for fat gain

Well, it wasn't me that complained that enanthate took so long before it worked
Well then don't do prop if you can't do it ED.
Do what's best for your body considering sides, and effects, shoot ED.

Increase 200-300kcal every week. Take it slow, let your body adjust, and you will be a happy camper.
I would never increase or decrease calories by 1000.

^I like that plan. 300 cals extra per week as needed, mostly in the form of protein and carbs

Yep, it will work so much better.
I've done both dropped 1000-1500cal, and added it.. And the results I got was'nt great :P

When I dropped, alot of muscle loss and strength was lost, when I added, alot of fat gain.

I guess somethings have to be learned the hard way before you realize it

thanks. I have done the opposite on cuts and dropped too much at once and lost a lot of muscle and strength. IMO that's even worse

Yep, the body doesn't like to drastic changes, slow and steady wins the race
