Infection in delt, swollen arm?

usually i get a little lump after pinning shoulders but this time my whole arm swelled up and my shoulder hurts. i know right away it was an infection, went to the doc (said it was a b12 injection) they put me on antibiotics. but my question is has anyone had that where there arm swelled up from a delt injection? my arm looks nothing like the other one

just keep the amount to 1.5 ml at most , and inject slowly, i use 24g needles and i cant feel it going in , just make sure u aspirate as well. i do get a little more soreness with the higher amount, but fine the next day .
