Well imo i would spend some more time wokring naturally and cut some BF. At higher BF% you run a higher risk of experiencing estrogenic sides.

I also see a few problems with that cycle and PCT

Yea i have heard that about bf% before , but the only fat i really have is on my belly
i dont know may be i should just run some tren so i dont have to worry about estrogen so much?? i really dont think my bf% is that bad i seen pictures of people on here that are flaby im not flaby but i do i want to be safe so maybe ill just up the cardio and wait before i start..

No please do not run tren . Have you researched at all because certain things are showing a lack of knowledge when it comes to AAS.

And about the BF%. Estrogen doesnt care if you have all the fat in your stomach or spread throughout your body. 20% is 20% when it comes to estrogen

A year of a good diet I would think body-fat would be much less .
There is something off some where , maybe you are leaner than you think .
A current picture would help .
If not , you need to lean out before trying AAS .

yes i have read and researched and im not doing any thing right now and i have run a cycle before never tren cause i have heard can be harsh just kinda trying to get a good base cycle and i have read that test e or c is good for a novice but like i said i have heard that bf like you said does play a role so i think i will cut it down to like 10% before i give this next one a run like i said just trying to get some idea's.

I could easily see someone being at that bf with those stats if they arent carrying a lot of muscle
