    Deca/Anabol/Test E

    I am 6'0 148lbs at start of cycle. I Was an athlete in college and have been working out for 10 years. But I never got big because of poor diet and training habits. One previous cycle 2 years ago (test sust/dbol ). Lost everything i gained so I have become more educated and prepared second time around. I have a goal of 175lb at conclusion and to keep at least 15lbs long term.

    Results so far...
    @week 2 158lbs
    @week 3 160lbs
    @week 4 164lbs
    @week 5 167lbs

    =19lbs in 5 weeks

    Cycle:
    week 1-12 Test E 275 per week
    week 2-6 Anabol 30 mg ED
    week 1-10 Deca 300 per week

    Nolva and clomid on hand.

    Please dont. You have some serious diet issues that you need to fix before considering gear.

    At your size you could put on 50 pounds naturally still

    Truthfully i think he should stop now and save the rest of the gear for later. Run a PCT then work on your diet and gain weight naturally.

    Right now, out of those 19 pounds, i bet around 15 is water. That doesnt sound too great to me

    Those numbers listed under my diet are minimums.. I always exceed those numbers. I CANT go natural because I have true motivational problems and the gear makes me diet and train hard. How would I need to fix my diet? More calories more protein? Explain... diets are easy fixes.

    And no way would I stop now with 19lbs less then half way thru my cycle that makes absolutely no sense, I dont look bloated. What makes you think 15 of my 19 is water anyway? You havent seen me. My face, neck, wrists and ankles show no signs of bloat. You must be assuming this is the case? Even if 10 lbs is water im still on target for my goal. My dosages aren't high to begin with and the test and deca are just starting to "kick in". If you're giving advice please explain... thanks shortybrolick for some positive words.

    Motivational problems is why you are on AAS?

    What are you gonna do when you get off this cycle and happen to lose your gains. Your motivation will in the negatives. I mean do you plan on running AAS nonstop for life? If its your only motivation then you arent ever going to make real gains

    Seriously man? I learned my lesson the first time if you read my post. Im back on to do it right and continue with proper diet and training during and after my cycle. Starting the cycle was the motivation I needed. This is only my second cycle. I think your reading into things to much and not justifying your statements. You're acting as if my results are poor, I dont get it.

    Your results are poor. You are upset because i am not telling you what you want to hear. You were 6' 148 prior to this cycle. Without a natural base you are more likely to lose all of your gains.

    You can say that you know what you are doing but multiple people have told you that you are not ready for AAS. I dont have to read deep into it. You keep saying that you use it for motivation so i still stand by my previous comments

    I would just like to know what kind of weights you could have been possibly even moving @ 6'0 and less then 150 pounds...

    ... are beginner squats with dumb-bells apart of your leg routine?

    I'm not upset and I do have great results. If I lose everything i gained after thats my problem and I will try to create a better base naturally before doing AAS again. However, being an athlete ive known a number of ppl who were around my size and kept most of their gains with proper diet and training post cycle... A larger base certainly helps but I'm taking my chances. Ill be sure to post my results after
