Cardio when bulking?
Hi am i right in saying that when bulking i shudnt be doing no cardio as i need to maintain the calories??

really depends, you dont want to get too badly out of shape.. I hate the treadmill and shit, but I do a lot of punching bag work to make sure I dont lose endurance... if you are bulking with tren , good luck getting much cardio in... I know a lot of guys who use bulking as an excuse not to do any cardio, but I think at least twice a week should be good.

Yeah this is it i don't want to get to badly out of shape but don't want it to effect me from gain's.
Think im gonna start giving it ago thank alot mate

Just my $.02 here but I like to run some cardio maybe once or twice a week while I'm bulking. In the mornings just to keep my metabolism up. I get up to around 140 to 150bpm average in my workouts anyway so i dont need too much more cardio but it makes me feel physically and mentally more healthy to run.
Also, haven't personally had issues doing any cardiovascular work on tren ...

it wont effect your gains much... if anything it will add some quality muscle to your legs. Remeber, the goal isnt to perform endurance training... keep your heart rate under 130ish and go for 25-30 mins twice a week at the end of your workout, just make sure you take your PWO once you are done your weight training.

even when Im bulking I do cardio 2-3 times a week, 25-30mins on the treadmill
