taking a leap to the dark side
hey guys, I started my journey as a skinny 140 pound kid at 6 feet tall. I looked like a holocaust survivor. Ive been training on and off since 16 but never started making considerable gians until the last year or so where i learned how to eat and train. In grade 12 i was fed up with how i looked ands stopped training and just ate like a pig....BIG mistake. At the time i loved it i was 180 pounds and with a shirt on I actually looked human. But without one i had ahuge gut. I realized this and started dieting and training hard. I cut down to about 153 pounds andd then decided to bulk up agian. I still had a mini gut though.
I am now 177 pounds but due to bulking I have a gut again. But with alot more musle. Being skinny fat is the absolute worst. Alteast now i look like i belong in the gym though. Im 19 and im thinking of taking the next step. I ve learned that the bulking method ie. getting 20 to 50 pounds of muslce in a year is very possible but not for everyone. I could have been that person but i binged too much and my gut will just get enourmous if i bulk. And i cant stand the thought of prgressively gaining weight and staying lean all year only to achieve a 5 to 10 pound lean mass increase. Its just....so depressing. So im thinking of doing an 8 week cycle of test e and the first 4 weeks doing d bol.
What do you guys think? Will i ruin my life if I do this. I know how to gain muscle naturally but unfourtunately im not the type that can gain 50 pounds in a year. Its very heartbreaking when you bust your ass in the gym cook all your mealls stay in on weekends to make sure ur strong for mondays workout and people say "what? you workout? or your bodybuilding? haha why are you so small then?". I just cant take it. Im going into university in september and would really like to start in september. with a little extra confidence
Thanks for reading this post guys, Im open to all comments and will take all advice.

Hey man guess what your not alone I'm 5'11 and when I started training I weighed just over 140lbs. Almost same as you. Ten years later 5'11 and 209lbs.
First of all whoever told you that gaining 50 in one year is crazy, even with AAS I don't think that's possible.
Second you have to change your attitude towards getting big, I know what it's like to bust your ass in the gym day after day and not look like a BB. This takes time I'm 30 now and just now looking like a BB.
If you start cycling at your age you risk doing perminate damage to your HPTA system. NOT GOOD. You can get much further naturaly, you need to work on your diet and I promise you will see results as fast as using AAS. Go to the diet section of this board and read the stuff there, then post your diet and get dedicated to eating right. You may think your diet is ok but I would bet money it needs improvement.
The AAS is really the last resort to getting bigger.
