Good post work-out recovery drink ?
What do most of you prefer as a post work-out shake or drink ?
And how is Cytosports Cytomax drink ? Just curious.
And I'm not using the research button because I'm lazy

Actually, everything I take in my post workout shake is in powdered form. I get glutamine, creatine, BCAA, CLA, multivitamins, and dextrose all in powder form and make up my own shakes......I buy some stuff from this site of course since they support my FAVORITE board..but everything else I buy from www.proteinfactory.com....I do take time release supps at night..as well as use soy and cassienate to slow the digestion down!!

Oh just a nifty abbreviation for whey protein isolate... you want the isolate post workout as it gets absorbed the fastest of all the different types of protein.
And personally i wouldn't waste my money on glutamine... i've read a bunch of studies saying it doesn't really do anthing and i have found the same thing in my own personal experience.

i like pro blend 55 protein shakes- its time released and cures my huge hunger after a workout and gives me plenty of protein and i take glutamine with that.
