How to Propionate
Am 187lbs, 55 yrs old, 8% bodyfat, train hard 5 days per week. Training for many years. Planning on doing low dosage propionate 50 mg injections at least to start, want to see how my body reacts to it. Used cyp in the past. Since propionate is 48 hour lasting is it best to do mon-wed-fri-sunday-tues-thurs. etc instead of monday wednesday friday every week without the 24 hour lapse? I would like to keep my test levels as stable as possible. Thanks

I do bloodwork twice a year. My test is very low. I use an anti aging clinic, regular doc wants to give ridiculous 100mgs test shot per month. Don't need to use him. That would really screw up my levels, up and down!

Got to say this once again. Good luck with the arimidex side effects which are almost certainly worse than you would (if any) get from that amount of prop.
Thing is, people on cycle and with arimidex most ofthen taken just in case and not even needed can't really say whats causing what. But well, wouldn't touch that crap ever again.

Sticking with Anti Aging clinic, my doc for other things ok. I am going to use only 50mgs eod. Like the name says easy does it. Can always go up. I keep everything mild and train hard and eat right.

Thats a high dose of arimidex , most reccomend 0.25mg EOD or E3D

at 50mg test prop 3.5x per week, you're at about 175mg/wk. You should see some results from that dosage. If you up your dosage to 100mg 3.5x per week you'll see better results and the dosage is still not too high.

That's an interesting graph, I would like to see what a graph looks like on cypionate . I usually need that type of dosage for arimidex . Once I start getting sensitivity it seems to be to late. I will notice a difference on how I feel. I am pretty in tune with my body. If strength and hardness does not seem to be improving then I will up it slightly. Guess there is no real method, sometimes you have to use your instincts, as long as I'm not going crazy I may be able to find out what works best for me without overdoing it. I really think everyones body reacts differently to certain gear. Also, diet and how you train make a difference. I see many people way overtraining cause there on tons of stuff. Your body can handle only so much no matter what your doing. Oh, and thanks ScotchGuard that sounds about what I was thinking. Actually thank you everyone. It is always interesting to get the different opinions. Most of your opinions are based on personal use I am assuming, so everyone has a different experience on there personal use.
