Help with my diet and clen cycle?
hello im a newb.heres sum stats.
6.0 tall
340pds yes i kno im a big guy
19 years old
i havent started diet yet
soon will be on a 7 meal a day diet with exercise and a 2 on an 2 off cycle of clen an T3.
any tips on how i should cycle the Clen an T3? how to mix them an stack?
how much cardio should i do?
im really limited on exercising cause i dnt have a gym membership.so i was going to depend on alot of cardio now.
my goal is to get to 15% body fat then hit a bulking cycle?

if you haven't started your diet yet, you should start there before jumping on clen and T3

I didn't mean a week or 2 later, your goals could be approached with proper diet and cardio, I'm not big on guys your age depending on chemicals when they haven't even tried reaching their goals without them. I'll step back and let others respond.

Why not see how your diet and cardio effects your body mass? Or post your diet in the diet section and have one of the more expierienced guys look at it. Most of the advice you're gonna get here is that you're probably to young for t-3 and that clen while effective isn't even half of the equation for fat loss. Use the search button in the forum to find more info on t3 clen cycles if you want. Wouldn't hurt to read the profiles on t-3 (cytomel ) and clen in the profile section.

yea work the diet and cardio as much as possible for now, wait a while before jumping on the clen or other thermogenics. Right now you can lose just as much without the extras.
