advice
whats up?
Im 24 180lbs about 5'10''
my first cycle, been on test e for 10 weeks @ 500 a week 2 shots a week
after the 10 weeks i continued my second cycle immidiatley after with sust @ 500 a week and stacking with npp-100. take 400 a week every other day with npp and stack with the sust. i will do that for another 10 weeks. before i started as i was 180, and still 180 going into my second cycle, actually lost weight like 176. i take protien and vitamins aslo. Ive always had a problem gaining weight, and I eat alot. but with the gear i noticed the strength increase, but im looking for mass and i still cant gain.. help???

First off, you're a little young to be doing steroids . You should have waited at least another year. Your hormone balance does not stabilize 100% until 25, so you are risking damaging your HPTA.
Second, what's your diet like?
Third, what's your training routine like?
Fourth, taking any supplements (creatine, aminos, etc.)?

definitely head to the diet section and post your diet.
if you've always had difficulty gaining weight, researching diets and perfecting your own in order to bulk up would have been much more advantageous to you than going to steroids .
what's done is done so hopfully your pct in is order and you pull your sh!t together with that diet. you ain't gonna build much of a body at all with a bad diet and steroids. so stop them and learn.

Questions about cycle
Hey hawaiin, wondering if you could help me out...
Ever since high school i had a problem gaining weight. been at the gym over a year before i started using gear.
before i started i was 180 5'10'' 24 yrs
I been on test e for 10 weeks @ 500 a week 2 shots a week for my first cycle.
I continued immiatley after with sust @ 500 week, and stacking with npp-100 at 400 a week every other day. and will do that for another 10 weeks for the second, and i plan on doin a 3rd right after with test e agin all back to back. I am a lil more toned and actually weight 177 now. I noticed the enormous stregth gain, and even noticed that in some work outs i am lifting more than guys who are bigger than me, but no wieght gain what so ever. I expected to be alot heavier by now maybe I am expected the stuff to work alot faster than it really does... i eat alot for my size take protein and whey vitamins aswell. i aslo have clomid and nolvadex for pct. Any advice? tips? any gear you reccomend??

Diet needs to change.
And that continued cycle is not smart. Have you had your bloodwork checked?
How are you going to run your PCT?
What are your current stats?

from what ive read and understood 500 a week of test e is a common cycle, and aslo recommeneded by the supplier who is on it all year round. im asking for advice not criticsm. And what do you mean by troll? im 5'10'' 177lbs? im skinney, as they come

Stop the cycle and see an Endocrinologist to get on a proper restart protocol. You aren't making gains because your receptors are saturated, your diet is lacking, and training/recovery are probably not up to par.
Fix the diet, learn how to cycle properly, read and research until your brain hurts.

diet, i eat large portions, 3- 4 times a day, rice meats pastas
training routine, 5 days a week, back an bis, chest an tris, legs and shoulders, and i alternate days, do 4 different workouts each group at 4 sets.
I take whey proteins, amplified recovery protien and wheybolic xtreme by amp, mega mens for vitamins

Yes a proper novice cycle is Test 400-500mg PW 10-12 weeks. NPP is not suitable for beginners. And considering your ran a 30 week cycle and your stats clearly show you aren't ready for steroids suggest that you need to dedicate yourself to more research, work on your diet, ect.

I havent ran a 30 week cycle, i was going to because I wanted more gains, i just finished the test e cycle and a week into the 2nd cycle with the npp. so i am going into 12 weeks now... So should i stop completely? taper off?

STOP NOW! In 2 weeks start running your pct
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Once you've done that, come back a do a lot of research

But, your original intentions were to run a full 30 weeks cycle am I right? Continuously running a cycle past 20 weeks is beyond unhealthy in your state. The rewards won't outweigh the risks. You are brand new into this. Since you know what a proper cycle looks like, then stick with that. Begin PCT and thereafter get some blood work done. Give your body the the same recovery time you did while you were "on" including your PCT duration. Then begin your next cycle.
