    1st cycle advise please

Well I posted a couple weeks ago and many of you thought I wasn't ready which at that time was completely the truth. After some much needed research and consideration I decided not to stack the gear I have and to just take the test. The test I have is sustaplex 325 which is a testosterone blend. I was thinking 400ml every monday and thursday for 10 weeks and as far as pct I was thinking either clomid or nova. I am not trying to be a bodybuilder just want a kick start.

Work on your diet man! You are a giant in terms of height. You should be well over 210-220 at that height.

What are daily or weekly macros?

Hawaiian I eat around 4500 calories a day or more thats not including my cytogainer I take. I know a lot of people who can fluctuate there weight around very easily by not being active or eating unhealthy or vice versa. Thats never been the case for me I am that skinny guy who doesnt loose or gain no matter what I am doing in life. I know I should be around 220 lbs naturally but thats just not me. I am strong for my frame and I work out hard in the gym and eat right for the most part. I am not like some of the guys you see on here that work out for a few weeks and then decide they want to take steroids . I have been working out years now and tried many different diets and supplements and now I think I am ready to explore the alternative options. I know I have not met all the standards you experienced guys look for but you got to start somewhere.

If all else fails, hire a nutritionist. Only then is when you've truly tried everything. I thought I knew my shit, until I hired a nutritionist. Completely blew my mind.

Study that link. Although I don't agree with some of the stuff that's in there (PCT protocol for example), it'll give you an idea of where to start.

One thing to consider is to start doing all the things they tell you not to do when you are looking to lose weight. Eat right before bed for one. I'm not saying eat outright garbage, because that will hinder your growth, but you can up your fat intake, but try to keep it unsaturated. Things like peanut butter.

You may need 6,000 calories a day to make gains in mass. It's not unheard of. Sure steroids will help, but the problem is that once you go off them you'll most likely lose a lot of what you've gained. Your body just doesn't want you heavier. You have to eat, eat, and eat some more. Probably three shakes a day, plus 4-5 meals. Every 3 hours, all day, every day.
