Mountain of questions!!!
Hey, I'm very new to this and im here to seek advice. Basically bit of background on me is, Im 24, 175cm, weigh 12stone and of medium build. I started workig out at the start of the year as decided I was getting a little outta shape. Mainly I do cardio but recently have gone into weights. At my local gym there is a few people on steroids but none of them seem to know what there doin and just take them.
Anyways onto some questions, Im looking to get ripped more then bulk up as Im not a massive guy and think I would look a little stupid massive. Right, What drug would best suit me for getting ripped, I wont be injecting so obviously oral steroids only??
Also what exercises will best suit??
What sort of diet should I be on as atm I'm just eating normally with no special addatives?
Finally, could someone explain the cycles?? as I've heard loads of diffrent ways of doing them

If you want to lower your BF to get that ripped look, alter you diet. If you want to learn about cycling, hit up the educational threads/stickies. You don't have enough experience to be injecting anything.
Stick with adequate rest, training, diet, supplements. Layout what you eat on a day to day basis in the nutrition section, they'll fix you up there.
As far as training, stick with a conventional split. Build a solid base, from there you can move to intermediate routines.

HP is spot on....
for your current goals, and seeing you havn't been training long - maybe you should hire a WELL qualified trainer to setup a proper week split for you.
and, reguardless of drugs you take - diet is the absolute basis of being natural or using compounds.
i will completely applaud you for taking the time to read/research/ask questions before you jump headfirst... most dont - just like the guys at your gym that take "whatever" because they heard it from other guys who know nothing, that it was a good idea.
i would head over to the diet section of this forum like HP suggested, post up what you eat in a day, your current body stats, and your goals - and then listen and learn the advice you're given.
just remember one thing: it took time to put weight on and to be outta shape, it'll take time to get in shape, drop the weight, and look/feel better (but, i bet you already feel better!)
also: ORAL ONLY cycles= very very bad idea....
