Agreed with diet and excersise. If you choose take clen anyway read the steroid profiles section on the drug so you know a little more about it and what to expect and a little info on dosing.

what is your diet in detail, and what is your cardio regimen?

be very careful... 1/2 pill of clen means nothing if you dont know the dosage or the pill. You can be in a world of trouble if those pills are dosed too high.
As stated above, diet and cardio aslways works.

First, at 23 you should have no problem cutting weight with proper diet and cardio. Definitely take the advice about getting over to the diet forum. At 23 I thought I knew how to eat, and I knew nothing. It's only from getting sound advice and doing a lot of reading that I really learned what diet is all about.
Weight training does burn calories directly, but that's not the main advantage for a dieter looking to lose weight. Muscle mass burns calories all the time because it increases your basal metabolism. Cardio will not do that. Toning up will also help to make you look leaner. If your waistline is the issue work your abs. It won't reduce the fat directly, that's called "the myth of spot reduction", but by toning the underlying muscles it will help tighten up the appearance of your stomach, even with skin and subcutaneous fat over top of the muscles.

If you are doing cardio/weight training everyday and claim to have a diet plan and you are NOT losing weight then one of them or possibly all of them are out of check.
These 3 things alone when in check will be all you need to shred off that fat
Lay out your Diet/Cardio/weight training in detail and im sure you will get your issues resloved quickly
Also Clen is hard on your body. Ive done it once and for the first 3 days i didnt sleep.

I'm with you, but we are talking about a woman here. I doubt she wants to look like Chyna!
FYI, toning is building muscle, just not actively trying to build mass. So maybe we'll use the term cutting instead?

Outlaws9, I have a friend who took clen and he seemed to like it. I will contact him and try to get you more specifics about his experience for you. Obviously his dose was higher than yours would be. In the meantime, as some of these guys have said, you really should lay out what you are doing as far as a workout and what you are eating as specifically as possible first. There are a lot of good methods out there for burning fat i.e. circuit training, interval training etc.

Really if diet and cardio is not working then nothing will. Adding drugs will only give you side effects
But probably the reality of the situation is you do not have a proper workout program, cardio timing, or diet program figured out. Drugs are merely meant to aid in the process, not be the dependent variable and should only be used when all options have failed after some years of work.
I know most especially the guys running cycles think they have a good diet, have it down, etc but once they post it no wonder they aren't making any progress and are relying on heavy AAS abuse. There is a lot more to it than you think when it comes to these things

Needless to say, x2 to all the people suggesting you get your diet and cardio in check. I'm in the diet section more than any other and would be happy to try and help you out. Go over there, post up your current diet with as much info as possible (macros, time of day for each meal, etc) and we'll work it out.
