Need some guidance
Im a 35 yr old male I weigh 215 and Im 68 1/2 inches. I want to tone up but dont want to really gain a lot of size due to bad knees. Ive never tried anything before and after researching different things Im leaning towards Anavar and Clen . Right now Im looking at taking 20mg at 5am with Clen and working out around 7am then 20 mg about 8 hours later. I drink a protein shake for breakfast around 9 am then have another for lunch and a 3rd in the late afternoon. At dinner time around 8pm I have high protein/ low carb meals. Im taking 1800 mg of fish oil and 1000mg of potassium a day as well. Is there anything else I should be taking? How long would a good cycle be? What should I take after a cycle? I like to have a few beers here and there do I need to totally cut beer out or is the dosage low enough where a few beers wont hurt my liver? Whats an average price for Var? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Welcome. I would go to the diet part of the site and spend regular time their reading and learning. This is the foundation of everything. I repeat, this is the foundation. You may think your eating properly but you are not. It is not something that just comes natural. It needs to be learned and conditioned in. There is no short cuts with any of these drugs if your diet is a mess. You will stunt your progress while on taking steroids and certianly quickly lose any progress you made after you stop.

I should mention there are plenty of good, knowledgable people on the diet section who will help you. Many people have literally transformed themselves with the knowledge they have gained. Knowledge you can apply the rest of your life.

what is your bodyfat mate? u might wanna consider shredding the excess fats with clen and proper diet first then start on var cycle. u'll get more benefits out of it. u wanna be at least 10% or below.

definately head to the diet section... the moment someone says that they are going to use shakes to replace meals its easy to see the lack of proper diet understanding. Dont take offense, that was most of us... diet and exersise will do what you need, not pills

My BF is 21% I've been looking through the diet section and understand shakes shouldnt so much replace meals as much as be an extra meal but honestly I dont find myself getting hungry with the shakes. Exercise wise Im very limited on cardio. Ive had 3 surgeries on my knee and just doing an elliptical for 35 mins kills me. My knee swells up and Im in pain just walking after wards.

totally agree! i guess its an ongoing learning process for everyone in terms of diet and exercise. everyone's body reacts differently to food and exercise routine. so we all need to take time to understand how our body works naturally before even thinking about the easy way out from pills/aas.

thats pretty high bf... the problem with taking clen is that at high bodyfat, you would assume the cardiovascular system is not use to a lot of cardio excersion... taking clen and upping your heartbeat is not a good thing if your heart/body cannot handle it.

I was pretty physically active till this last surgery. Im in the military and have been for 15 years. The whole reason Im looking at Clen is due to the weight Ive gained since the surgery and a little boost in burning it off. Before injuring my knee I was 185 with 13% BF.

If you are limited with cardio then proper nutrition is amplfied x2. Dig into it, it is the only answer. The drugs can aid but are not magic on their own.
