To everyone who stressed the importance of dieting....
I am on my end of the 3rd week following the advice of you guys in regards to dieting. The importance of consuming 1.5 to 2 grams of Protein a day. Along with the proper carbs and fat. Before I ate maybe 3 meals a day, something small for breakfast like a banana. I am shocked, day and night shocked how much this has impacted my work outs (pump) and overall well being almost immediately. I was stuck at 193 after training for 1.5 years. I have put on 6 lbs in these three weeks of solid lean mass. All my carbs are in the form of vegetables and fat from Fish Oil and some Olive Oil. This has been a huge eye opener for me and no doubt a life style change....

OP, thats awesome... nothing better than to hear someone say they took the free advice that was given here. ESPECIALLY when it is diet based.
People seem to think Anabolics are the bandaid for poor diet, training and genetics instead of looking at them as the boost when the other mentionned factors are in place.

Not really that hard to get in all the meals as well. Psyched myself out by some of the posts where people talked how hard it is to get in the meals. Not hard at all???

Now just need to take some advice that im using to many compounds for my first cycle...Which I should have added I have used before in the past, at 20 and 23. Used Test E with no problems and Anadrol . Never tried the Dbol , Winny or Anavar . HGH is a first but in just over a weeks time see no alarms.

I will admit thats still a shitload of gear... The dbol and test will get you huge bro... I dont know about that other stuff being needed. DOnt try and do too many thigs in one cycle... don one thing well instead of 2 or 3 things mediocre

Well I also eat brown rice...sure there is some fat in the chicken, tuna and vegetables. As for the cycle, I put it up in another post. Test E - 500mgs/ wk 12wks Dbol - 50mgs/ed (I have 50mgs capsules) 4 wks Winny 375mgs/ Wk 6-12 Anavar 70mgs/ Wk 6-12 HCG 250 IU's every 4th day HGH 2 IU's in morning and 1 IU at night year around

Jesus hasn't even dieted for a year and you are already using all those compounds in one cycle.

Training is on point....My past three weeks ive been training with Teddy Brown...He personal trains a lot of professional athletes in the off season. Plan on keeping with him until the end of Nov. At that point I think I will have a clear understanding of the different techniques and principals in weight training which is most important.

sorry im a little new to the whole hgh scene, but isnt 29 a little young to be starting hgh? is your cycle history in the other post u stated? ill go look in a second, but that is one hell of a cycle

Im 30 in two and half months. I get my HGH from a physician who claims 30 is a good age to start. But, how many Dr.'s give Oxy's and claim its helping people...lol

haha you r right about that... i really have little knowledge of hgh, just from what i read on this board, but i thought it was a little young, maybe a vet will chime in and let you know for sure, but i couldnt find your cycle history in your other thread. can you post it for me?
