ectomorph needs help.
been an athletic competitor since i was 8, im 26 now. been pushing myself harder the last 3 months and lost some weight. now im hovering between 132-136 at 5'11 thats unhealthy. i feel tired often now and no matter what i do i cannot gain the weight back. been taking vitamins and eating pretty good. maybe i need a better diet. but im desperate already.
what steroids are best to help me put on mass.
note i also train at altitude on a stationary bike and sleep at altitude. not sure if a higher red blood cell count interacts with steroids...
please help me gain 15lbs so i can get back to a healthy weight. thanks!

80% of putting on mass is diet imo. If I were you Id go to the diet section and get that figured out before thinking about steroids . After your diet is in check give it some time before considering steroids.

tried dieting though. gained very little...
but i will check out the dieting section maybe something i dont know..

There is your problem if I understand you correct. Dieting is a bad idea, what you want is a good DIET that you can stay on. Dieting implies it's temporary a new diet implies that it's permanent. I have heard about ectomorphs and I really just don't understand why you don't try more calories. Eventually you will get to a point and start putting on weight.

I like to call it a meal plan. Diet has a bad connotation.
Dude no matter what body type you are if your eating and training properly you will gain muscle. Get some gains naturaly first.
