    I screwed up and blew my diet !

    Damn ! I couldn't take it anymore. I ate pizza and candy bars and I even had a bowl of chocolate ice cream. Can anyone relate to this ??

    When I get a craving instead of " cheating " I chew some gum and that reall y help that craving for junk food go away. You made this thread in the wrong section fyi.

    I just cheated for the first time in over a year today ( except for some chipotle chicken for post work outs some times) . Ate a whole medium pizza. Felt guilty so I went to the gym did bi's and back then did cardio for a hour..

    1 cheat meal is not really going to hurt you as long as you dont make it a habit

    So you feel guilty about cheating? That's a good sign. Maybe next time you will remembere what you did and refrain from repeating. That one mistake isn't going to kill you though. Good luck.
