What should i take? to lose weight
Im 20yrs, 5'10 and about 245 pounds and about 40-50% body fat and ive been dieting and working out like crazy and i cant seem to be losing much weight, and a friend told me that anavar could help me lose a lot of weight but im not sure if its best for me but i dont know much about anabolic steroids so if i do take var what should i expect to happen from it? how much/what should i work out? how much of a dose should i take? how long of a cycle should i be on? also what should i take with it to increase my progress? and after my cycle for liver repair and to keep me from losing my progress.
thanks

Your friend is horribly wrong, dont listen to him. You need a good cutting diet, training and cardio.

How long have you been working out, and what does your workouts look like?
What does your diet look like?
If you have been working out like crazy am sure you have dropped fat, not allways that easy to see for yourself...

You should not suggested drugs until all avenues have been taken and for quite some time.

How about not recommending clen to the guy at this point? We dont recommend compounds to people we feel are not ready for them.

No, in honesty I think he is risking SO much more at that bodyfat percentage then he would be if he took clen .

Its a temporary increase in heart rate, at low doses he will be alright. OR he could try clens cousin albuterol that shit is great.
this guy won't live to see his 35th birthday at 40%+ bodyfat.... statistically speaking.

I'm gonna warn you now ferocious bubble you are on thin ice and are under watch with your stupidity around the board. If you'd like to continue to take part of the discussion please do so in an intelligent manner. We have no time for childish stupidity.

the problem with doin clen or any other stimulants to lose weight.. is if you are overweight there is already likely to be strain on your heart, if you are unfit as well and you are taking stimulants = more strain on your heart, if you are overweight, unfit and doing a lot more exercise than you are used to = prime heart attack candidate.
listen to these guys.. at least get yourself in good shape (not necessarily slim, but a good level of strength and cardio fitness) before you consider taking any drugs that will put more strain on your body.
as for aas (eg. anavar ) my understanding for men (i'm not a man) is that if you run them with high body fat you're increasing your risk of side effects and you're wasting your gear / time as you still have a lot of potenial for natual gains / weight loss. also, as you are under 25, your body is still growing and your hormones are still developing and you risk prematurely stopping your growth and fkin up your hormone levels too.
as for everyone telling him (are you a guy??) not to do it.. it's nice to explain why too! besides, i'm sure you could all explain heaps better than me having a lot more knowledge / experience / wisdom =)

FB, you have no business here. You lack the knowledge and experience to advise, and it will not be tolerated further. We overlooked your trolling the lounge, but you have been asked more than once to stay out of areas where you are not qualified to post yet you persist.

ferocious bubble Banned. Goodbye and good ridden. I pegged him as a source a few days ago after reading a few of his post always suggesting to use this or that to new members who dont know better.
Back on subject as most everyone has said there is no magic pill. Learning what to eat, when to eat and a good cardio/workout routine is all it takes. But it wont happen over night or in a week.
Also dont watch the scales because as you loose fat you will be gaining some lean muscle even if you cant see it and it adds weight.
Visit the diet section. Lear what you should be eating and learn to eat 6+ times a day makes a huge difference when you eat the right food.
I was 5' 8" 205 lbs 2 1/2 years ago. I'm still only 5' 8" but I dropped down to 165 in only a few months just by changing what I ate and eating more often. Im working my way back up to 200 lbs gradually but this time not fat....Last edited by lovbyts; 08-09-2010 at 01:21 AM.
