    Question Time of day for Test E shot ???

    Is there a specific time of day i should inject testosterone ethanate to make it more beneficial to my workout ? (for example like 2hrs before the workout or something ???)

    I use 250mg of Test E twice a week, mon and thurs

    Enanthate is a very long esther. It takes more than a week to take effect. So, no it doesn't matter what time of day you inject test-e.
