I have a condition called rebound. Its when you take pain relievers too often and eventualy they start to cause headaches rather than relieve them. I stoped taking the painkillers and the headaches went away. No I am on a cycle and have bad insomnia. I started to take tranqualizers to combat while on cycle. I have come to find that the tranq's are also causing the rebound headaches. Anyone have any experince with rebound headaches? I need a herbal supp. that will help me sleep. Any suggestions would be awsome!
