New guy, some questions
Hey all, my name is James, just turned 20, i have been training for about 2.5 years as much as i can. I am just under 5"7 (short guy) and 172 pounds. 12-13 % body fat. I know most people are going to say dont try anything im too young, but im going to, My father did a cycle at 19 and he was fine, i want to do something light. So check this out, My goal is to lose 3-4 % BF maybe, and gain maybe 12-14 pounds of muscle that i can keep after my cycle. Thats all i want.
Week 1-8 - 300mg Test E x Monday.
Week 1-4 - 25mg Dbol Daily.
I see a lot of guys reccomending 500mg test weekly, but i figure at my age and i really want to go in small just to dip my feet. I think at my height and size i shouldn't take the same amount as some 6 foot monsters that weigh over 200 pounds from the graces of the lord naturally. Im looking forward to talking to all of you, im putting my flame suit on just in case, i dont know what to expect for replys.

You're height and weight have nothing to do with how much gear you should take...
You are too young to cycle but if you do any way just stick to the test and extend it to 10 weeks...8 weeks wont do much for you

The most helpful advice I give is to not cycle at your age. Too young! If you can't make gains without steroids , what makes you think steroids are the answer?

I can make gains without steroids , everybody can. Ive been making gains for almost 3 years, they slowed down. I want to try a cycle

you need to make sure your diet is solid....whats yours look like?

I like to eat egg whites in the morning and at least a peice of fruit. After an hour or two i like drinking A shake of Pro Complex, most of the time with a peice of fruit mixed in. Lunch Is always different, i make sure to get my carbs and protein, i do always try and keep fats low, maybe i should pick the fats up a little bit. Dinner is always different, But i will no matter what get my vegetables in even if i have to go get a salad somewhere. Before bed i drink a casein shake. Does that look alright? i do like to have pop tarts once in a blue moon or sour patch kids but i really dont eat shit that much
