    ECA: What are the ratios?

    I know this is not a steroid question.

    What is the proper ratios E-? C-? A-?

    200 Ephedra 200 Caffine 75 Asprin?

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Taking the stack once a day is a good starting point.

    morning or pre-workout is good.

    Don't take before bed, obviously.

    No Doubt. I appreciate it.

    Do the ratios ever adjust as you get used to it?

    Or do you just take it more often?

    I am trying to cut up some from my last cycle of test enth and eq.

    It was some home brew and I think my last bottle of test was grossly under dosed.

    I stoped makin gains and going up in weight. My diet wasnt the best and I put on some fat.
    31yrs old
    6'2'
    215lbs
    2 cycles of aas
    16-18% fat. I know. It was less before my last cycle. Not really sure what happened other than some weak bottles.

    Don't adjust the ratio for the stack.

    Adjust the dose, change diet, or up cardio.

    Yeah I have been upping cardio. 30-40 AM Empty Stomach.
    30-45 PWO.

    Not much of an appetite.

    7:45AM 1/2 cup of rolled oats 2 eggs and 5 egg whites
    11:00 50g On Protein w/ a big handfull of spinach and Blueberries
    I have a Montel Williams Health Master and it is the shit. It emulsifies everything.

    1:00 Fish/Chicken/Lean Steak salad or Veggies and Quinoa
    3:00 Some nuts
    5:30-6:00 Dinner Chicken/Fish/Steak veggies, lots of veggies
    9:00-10:00 PWO 50g On Whey big hand full of Spinach and Natty PB

    Tryin to get rid of some of this BF.
