Im looking to put on and keep 10-15lbs of muscle while slightly lowering bf. this will be my second cycle. first was 250mg of sus for 8 weeks. Im 5'6" 195lbs and aprox 9-10 % bf. IM planning on eating around 350g protein 300g carbs and 60 g of fat. Cardio on empty stomach 2-3 times a week.
