Is there a "best" AAS for anxiety prone people?

Any people out there with anxiety disorders that have tried their fair share?

I recently tried tbol, i thought it was a good choice....but made me have panic attacks.

I never have anxiety anymore and i havent taken any meds for it in months, but once i started tbol it went pretty bad fast.

    Is there a smoother aas?

I have pretty bad anxiety and have had it for decades due to a very traumatic childhood (which caused me PTSD) and depression. I've been taking meds for depression on and off for 10 years. When I was young I used to 'self medicate' my anxiety as I was too afraid to seek help, my family f'ed me over so bad I couldn't trust anyone so wouldn't talk about my problems to a doctor, nobody.

I've taken some benzo's off and on which help but are addictive and one can have the tendency to up the dose themself which is no good. Right now I take clonodine which is a beta blocker they give for people to help manage anxiety/trauma. It's helping me well. I also finally signed up for individual therapy, 25 years late is better than never lol.

I try to watch things that increase cortisol as that is the chem that is involved in the fight or flight syndrom and often people with high levels of anxiety are in a kind of constant fight or flight state, whereas the normal person is only in that state when confronted by an actually dangerous situation.

If you find out any info re: steroids that are mild in this regard, or helpful, please pm me to let me know. I will do the same for you. Exercise def helps so keep at that for sure. I've also looked into some supp's but haven't used them in a while so forget which one's might be helpful. I have a supply at home but haven't taken them for a while.

online it says Clonodine is a relaxant for high blood pressure and is used to widen blood vessels and decrease heart rate. I didnt see anything about its affects on brain chems. I'm using Xanax as needed currently.

Wood considering how you responded to it the first time I would trash it and just find something that is more agreeable with you.

testosterone will deff make you feel better, but please realize when going through pct it will come back, maybe even worse if not medicated.
i dont get anxiety normal but do get it bad for a few weeks during pct untill my body fully recovers to its old self.

please consider this before cycling! as most of the bad reports of steroids (men killing there family's, crazy things like that and getting depressed) are usually the result of with-draw from the drugs

I have anxiety and test seems to make it better. EQ is known for anxiety related issues but I have never had an issue. however have run tren and Halo at the same time and have felt the uncomfortable urgue to worm out of my skin. I limit my tren and halo to moderate doses and time periods and not at the same time.
Valium also provides me with some relief during rough patches.

Any hormone has the strong possibility of creating a number of mental and physiological effects. A lot of it however will determine on the individual, much of it if they are predisposed to it or not, just like any other side effect (i.e. gyno, mpb etc.). With that being said, there are extremes. Test, like many, for me didn't cause ant anxiety outside of my normal scope. On the other end of the spectrum, tren amplified my anxiety to unexplainable levels. A few of my buddies have the same issue with tren, yet little to nothing from any other gear. So just be aware and ready to face the anxiety issue if you plan on pinning. The best suggestion is to start with a low dose to access tolerability to the hormone and tinker from there. Short esters may be your best bet. Quick in, quick out should any uncontrollable problems arise.

Test kind of mellows me out. I guess the sense of well being and all just keeps my little endorphins all happy and stuff. But I can think about the ferret faced co*((uk*r down the street while Im lifting and can sure move some weight. i have to use that thought to get out of the ***** mode sometimes when I dont think I can do another set. I'm into sales and service and have lots of meetings with engineers, VP's and other uppity ups everday and I have never had more confidence going into a meeting as I do now.

You might give trazodone before bedtime a shot, will help you sleep all night without being to messed up in the morning. I use it when I'm traveling to help with anxieties about flying and airports and people that get on airplanes while their sick and I want to choke the sh*t out of em.

Ive suffered from anxiety for years not sure exactly why I have it but if i'm honest mine was prob self inflicted from "partying" to much if you follow my drift. once i stopped that and got on AAS i found that test made me feel really good as did 2.5-3i.u of GH per day. Currently on Tren and its causing havoc with my anxiety, i'm playing with the dosages and the frequency of the injections (ED/EOD) to see if I can get it under control, if not I will have to drop it so my advice would be to stick with test (i like enanthate ) and stay away from tren or any thing with similar chemical compound or effects.

200gamblr I too have too much anxiety bc of partying. Its terrible

Btw checking in OP. I did my first test prop at 150mg today. Everything was fine until about 4 hours ago and I felt something "different". Weird feeling in my right arm.. I'm sure I just pulled a tendion because I did bi's today. Anyways, because of this my anxiety raged and I have made myself believe I will be the first users of steroids to diretcly die from it lol. I'm only feeling better cause I've been drinking which made me just not care.

There's ur update, well we will see if I'm here tomorrow haha

Um, can I ask if this was real Oral Turinabol or a Test Booster? (TBol)
You didn't run any Testosterone or anything else with it? I don't have issues with hormones making me nuts, but stimulants sure give me anxiety attacks on occasion. Even caffeine. I didn't notice much at all from AAS mood wise, just got way stronger and got some greasy skin and increased body hair. I guess everyone is different.

    i was taking real tbol....turanaplex.

I havent taking test with it. My wife isnt ready to find needles on me i dont think.....BUT i might go for some test...dunno, maybe....

What im going to do is try taurine, st johns wort , and valerian root....then run tbol again to see if anything has changed. Because i was liking the results on strength gain and muscle hardness.....but going on week 2 the anxiety was enough to make me rethink a strategy for natural remedies and retry next week.....i hear those 3 natural remedies work great.

Caffiene also gives me anxiety....any stimulant does...kinda sucks

for the guy taking Tren ....i hear its a beast on anxiety.

Test propionate is a short acting ester and you start feeling the effects much faster than enanthate or cypionate .

i also have had anxiety, currently taking an ssri and feel amazing. I found that most pre workout supps loaded with caffeine make my anxiety come back pretty bad.
