You dont need to cycle to loose weight

No disrespect but you have already taken one short cut

Steroids are not a shortcut to weight loss

Get in the diet forum, this is where you cqn learn how to eat

Get in the workout forum and learn about training

This is the best advice you could receive right now.

Just out of curiousity, how much did you weigh prior to your gb surgery?

I dont like it as it is not required and self dedication is all that is needed

However the results are amazing for obese people

I agree with whats already been said, there are no magic pills. Dedication to a good diet and hardwork is how we all get to where we want to be. Good luck and congrats!

Well I'm certainly happy for your loss, I quoted what to be the best advice. You say that you want to "tighten up", so get that diet spot on. Do you know your current macros? That's a starting point and go from there. Proper training regiment would be next on the list to finesse. Making sure your rest is solid, 8-9 hours a night is the third thing. Once all these are in order and at their pinnacle, run with it for a while. It's not an over night thing. It's a lifetime of defication of choosing choice c rather than a or b.
