Can you guys check out my 1st cycle.. PLEASE make sure I'm doing this right!
Stats
30yrs old
6'4"
215lbs
BF% roughly 12% (pretty lean except 3 spots.. strange..)
Lifting on and off for about 4 yrs..
never been serious until the past 12mo.
Diet- I did alot of reading on here and put together a CLEAN diet that helped me drop 25lbs of fat in 6mo.. tuna,chicken, brown rice, sweet potatos, EVOO, very lean but 2950 calories per day... seems to work great
Cycle
D-bol 30mg/day for 1st 3 weeks
Test E(my friend and supplier says "supertest 400.. but not a mix its only Enth".. i will trust him) so 3/4 ml 2x per week or 600/week total for 10 weeks
I'm going to follow the stickied "beginners cycle PCT" so that should be fine
Is there anything i'm missing? Should I have something else on hand incase there is a problem?
what problems should I look for?
what are the "norm" side effects of this type of cycle?
Once I'm done and I'm in PCT.. how am I gonna feel?

Personally Ryan I think you need to hold off. You have only been serious for the past 12 months which is not enough time and it seems like your macros are still being dialed in.
I'd like to see your diet in detail (in the diet forum) so we can tweak it.
Yes you should always have AIs on hand in case of sides.. Plus since you are runnin a 17aa liver support is strongly recommended.

Hi, Im a huge fan of Dbol , But I would deffo recommend some serious thought on your PCT and Diet first, also look up things like clomid and milk thisle any support for your liver is vital!! Good luck

I would advise another year of serious diet and training. You need to know your body a bit better before considering steroid use . At your height I think you can still gain another 10-15lbs of lean mass naturally.
