    How long to wait until next cycle?

    Hi guys,

    I am a MMA athlete currently on a testo cycle 500mg/wk and I just finished week 6, I have 2 more weeks to go. I have gained 20 pounds and not much fat, I am getting alot of compliments and I am very happy with the results.

    However...

    I would like to run a anavar cycle to get a more cut look since I could definately lose a little bit of the fat that is hiding my 6 pack and I dont mind veiny forearms and strength gains.

    How long after my testo cycle is done do I have to wait until I can get on anavar? I was thinking 40mg/day for 7 or 8 weeks with proper PCT after.

    Time off should = Time on + PCT + a few weeks to get BW done.

    ^ is a minimum, more time off is always recommended.

    so 8 weeks on testo + 4 weeks of PCT equals 12 weeks. I could wait 4 months and then get on the var and be safe right?
