    8 weeks of testp with 6 weeks winny, how to dose to avoid the daily jab?

    8 week cut cycle
    At the moment i am prepping myself, taking animal cuts second week into my cut eating 1800 cals a day with 190g protein 55 grams of fat and carbs to fill in the blanks.
    I am at 14% to 16% body fat, 6.2’ and at 182 pounds , 25 years old.
    As a first cycle i know everyone recommends going with just test, but i want to finish this cut get to my ideal bf% and clen is not available where i am, so winny is the next best.
    The cycle
    Test P with winny
    Plan is 6 weeks of winny 8 weeks of Test p, then start my PCT in week 6. ( have the precautions to combat the joint problems winny supposedly creates)
    I train 5 days a week one body part a day
    Monday chest
    Tueday legs
    Wednesday rest
    Thusday Back
    Friday rest
    Sat Arms
    Sun shoulders
    I do cardio every morning (LISS) before breakfast. So my heart is primed for the new mass i am going to gain on my cycle.
    Here is my dilemma, i really don’t want to dose daily, every second day is fine, so that being said what is a good dosage amount to start with? take that into consideration and consider this will be my first cycle.

    First off test p and winny is NOT a good starter cycle! It may be easy to say you have no problem pinning every other day but trust me its a bigger deal then you think. Secondly based on your stats you don't need steroids to reach your ideal weight. They really will be of no benefit to you. Your better off to dial in your diet more and up your cardio.
    If your patient with a good diet and cardio you will reach your goal.

    I have been doing cardio and eating right for this past year, and i feel i have reached my natural peak, i need advice on dosage that is applicable to my scenario, i know many of you suggest done do it etc, but i have made up my mind, and i need help i am doing lots of resurch and taking the very safe approach but i will be doing this cycle, so please if anyone has anymore posts along the lines of dont do it for x and y reason please dont bother with it, i need help with my problem not asking if i should do it or not.

    that being said though thank you for your post and taking the time to read mine.

    190gs of protien is not enough for a 182lb person, you need 2gs of protein to every lb of weight, so you need to about double your protien intake.

    i do also believe you are not at your peak, and you can gain alot more by trial and error with your diet and training, it seems you have a good start to a training program, how many year have you been training? remember it takes many years to get to your potential i beleive 5+ years.

    test p would not be a good start as it needs to be pinned ED or EOD (every day, every other day)
    you will not gain anything out of running the winny as you will only see results if you are about 10% bf already before starting.

    im unclear to how your are planning on running this cycle? it seems you want to start POST CYCLE THERAPY 6 weeks into the cycle? POST being the word you should be taking notice of. you start this after the cycle is complete, and depending on the type of steroid you use will determine the starting side.

    I have been using one gram of protein per LBM for the past 4 years, it has always worked and i havent had muscle lose on cuts when using that ratio, when i increased to 2g/lbm i have increased hunger and identical results.

    Diet and training i know well, i know how to manipulate my intake and have been doing it for years, same with exercise and form i know all these things its fine.

    what i am learning more and more about every day is the use of steroids , but i have hit a point where i cant find the information i am looking for and have come here.

    Can someone please recommend the dosage i need to take for a 8 week cycle

    As far as people saying winny dosent help unless <10%, thats very untrue, i personally know someone who came down from 20% to 12% in his 8 week cycle, although he did it rather recklessly without research.

    SO can anyone actualy answer the question rather then telling me things i know

    I am not a know it all, am im not trying to come across as one. I am great full the both of you took time to post, but the things you have both told me i know and know well, like i said i need help with the question at hand, and any advice on that would be very appreciated.

    well if 500mg of test for 12 weeks is a basic cycle what does that tell you

    OK, humor me if you do not mind. Whats your planned PCT? What are your macros going to be while on cycle? Are you going to run any type of support?
