yeah it's one of the most important parts of your cycle.

Of course its necessary.
The people you are getting that info from and running cycles like that are idiots.
I've known people who didn't run PCT, lost some muscle, but eventually bounced back. But what take that chance? and why not try to hold onto your hard earned muscle?

come back and make this same thread 3 weeks after finishing a 12 week cycle with no pct
you will have the test levels of a 12 year old girl and feel very shitty

My source at the gym is one of those "old school" types who thinks nolva is only for when you start growing bitch tits. He recently told me he was comming off a cycle of test/deca and i asked him if he was doing a PCT. He said whats that. That was almost a month ago. I can see that he's physically smaller now and watched his max bench go from 405 to struggling with 365. So yes its important
