Legal steroid alternatives
Hello, I'll keep it short. I am a long time member on a bb forum with around 12k posts, but am brand new to this forum. I came here and have appreciated the educated help that is offered to many people, contrary to the teenagers that think they know what they are talking about on my home forum.
With that said, I have perused material on this site and came across the legal steroid alternatives link. http://www.steroid.com/legal_steroid_alternatives.php
The author seems adamant in promoting these.. Is this a bullcrap promotion or is it legitimate? From what I have heard, the cons of these are primarily health related as well as an obvious reduction in benefits when compared to the real thing.
I am interested in:
are these worth my time?
if so which one is good for a bulk? pct beneficial?
are they considered prohibited in the military despite being legal?
I would greatly appreciate any other information regarding this topic.
My stats are 21 yrs. old, 5'11, 180 lbs @ 10-12% bf. I can post pictures but if possible would rather not due to possible implications.

Easy steroid alternatives and the most effective are, Chicken breast, (skinless/boneless) Tuna, eggs, wheat/oats, FOOD. 1.5 grams or more of protein for each 1 lbs of your body weight.
BTW the above is a MUST even if you are using AAS unless you want to blow up with water weight and then loose it just as fast.

They are all crap. Maybe Tribulus, but that is debateable amoung members.

I studied at Penn State, as well as sprinted for 3 years there. Diet and weight training was a key part in my training. I took courses concerning dietetics and other courses such as cell biology for 4 semesters until I changed my major. I have always been natty and was interested in some advice concerning something that you all know much more about than I. That said, I apologize for my naivety on this matter, I didn't think I came off like an asshole in my op. must have

If you are looking at legal alternatives I would advise you to take creatine at 5-7g/day, glutamine at 5-7g/day, and an argenine/nitric oxide complex like NO Shotgun (my preference). These will produce tangible results with proper diet and training in short order.
There are some herbs that may increase natural test, but I've never seen the need for things like that.
