    Clen question

    I have been using clen with the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off approach at .5 ML's a day. I was wondering what is a better approach for faster fat loss, or at least more powerful fat loss

    Well for starters you said almost .5 ml's a day. We have no clue as to what that amounts to in a dose since you didnt say the mg/ml.

    everyone reacts different to clen . I take 75mg in the am and 75 more about 3pm. You ramp this up dont start at it.

    Also what would be proper the cardio

    High intensity cardio would be best for rapid fat loss.

    Something to keep you heart rate up for the duration of the time you are doing cardio. I dont know the BPM but when you are done after 30-45 minutes you should have kicked your own ass. If not your not intense enough.

    There is the option to stay on clen for longer than 2 weeks at a time. If you wanted to you could continue your clen for many, many weeks. All you do is add in Keto or OTC Benedryl every third week for the entire week. Normally 50-100mg is a good nightly dosage for every third week.

    I am going to run clen as part of my PCT after my next cycle but I ran a cycle before on just winny and clen with great results. Aside form that, you can run CLEN like you are 2 on/2 off and have wonderful results. What I recommend, and this is just IMO, on the 2 weeks off, stack with "Green Stinger" ephedrine. Just google it. It is 27mg of ephedrine which is perfect cause it is the most powerful which works well in the downside of clen. I would also incorporate good cardio. For me, (and your body type may be different and people may disagree with this, saying it needs to be more) but run 1-2 miles before lifting as a pre-workout warm up. Usually vary the speed from 6.5-10mph so that you run a mile below 8 minutes (at most). Then do your lifting. After your workout, sit on a spin bike EOD until you feel like you want to give up. When your body is saying holy shit, stop...keep going for as long as you can without harming yourself. That is the point when your body has used all of its accessible nutrients and then starts to breakdown your stored fat as it looks for energy from that.

    If you do this, given one month, you will be a happy camper. I usually start this routine somewhere in April just before summer and the beach.

    keto is a very good supplement for clen , will help you take and run clen straight through, also will help with sleep.
