Stats, stats, stats !!!

In all threads newbies are asking for advice and not giving all stats, and there you can read 10-20 posts in which Vets and other members are asking for stats and the newbies still not answering with full stats.
I think when someone is asking for advise, he should post his stats clearly right in the first post , so we can find answers we are looking for in the first 10 or 20 posts.
Or maybe making one sticky thread where will be explained how to post stats, and not to get this stats again: 6ft tall, 180lbs, pretty lean, clean diet, that's nothing.
