hey just registered here to get some ideas..

I just finised a 16 wk cycle, I guess you could say it was successful, wasn't as good as I hoped. This was my second cycle, I'm 5'7 and got up to 190 pretty lean, now sitting around 185. Over all I gained about 10 lbs lean.

This was my cycle:

Wk 1-16 Test e 600mg/wk
Wk 1-16 deca 600mg/wk
Wk 1-4 dbol 50mg/day
Wk 20-21 nolva 40mg/day
Wk 22-23 nolva 20mg/day

Had a good cycle, no sides other than acne, no crash or decadick. So I plan on doing another cycle later on and was wondering if I should try something different or stick with this? I want to put on as much mass as possible because
I plan on competing next year. Thanks
