a question for a mate who is on gear. he is hitting the gym 4-5 times per week but misses out legs more often than doing them. he was wondering if deadlifts cover legs enough ? hes not fussed on building muscle on his legs but i know you get better gains when including legs. is deadlifts good enought to do so you can miss out training legs (as he hates training them with a passion)? like i said hes more looking for an muscley upper body.
