    Lagging muscles

    whats the best way to hit slower growing muscles while cycling.

    arms, i've been hitting them prettty good i do compounds, drop sets, supersets
    , nutrition's pretty good. My arms are just my slowest growing muscle.

    revers bench 4 sets of 8-12
    close grip 3 of 8-12
    skull crusher 3 of 8-12
    reverse pulldown drop sets to end

    Incline bench 5 of 8-12
    skull crusher 4 of 8
    dips 4 of 8
    incline flies
    decline flies

    Thursday: triceps

    reverse bench
    close grip bench
    skull crusher
    reverse pulldown drop set

    Tuesday:

    lat pulldown 4 of 8
    back machine 4 of 8
    barbell curl 3 of 8
    back flies 4 of 8
    barbell hammer curl 3 of 8


    Wednsday: legs

    Squat
    cleans
    leg exstention
    leg curl
    seated calv raises
    standing calv raises

    friday: bicep

    prechair curl 4 of 8
    seated dumbell curl 3 of 8
    hammer curl drop sets
    2 sets of 21's

    I do abs but din't ad em in, i don't worry about my delts because they grow faster then my arms and i wanna have a proportional look between my shoulders and arms

    When it comes to arms your tricept is about 2/3's of the mass of your upper arm hence the key to bigger arms. For bicepts i like good old concentration curls to get a better peak on your bicept

    I just wana know how to make the best gains on my arms while on cycle since i have slower growing arms.
