Can I post about oral ProHormones? in this formum? Turinabol and Formastane.
Hi All before I post up a whole lot of information I want to check to see if it is OK to post in this forum/section about pro hormones?
This is my first cycle of anything stronger than herbal sups and have ordered the Turinabol stack with Formastane from PP. I have also ordered Nolva from Ar-r .
I am looking at help on how to incorporate the formastane into this cycle as I ordered it to complement the nolva if any problems pop up or to save it for cycle support when I start on AS but if it can be incorperated into this cycle I would like to try stacking it.
I have heard not to take formastane with turinabol as it will not increase estro so no need to knock it down.
I will post personal info and photos if this is the right section to post but new to all this and though this cycle would be a good plan to start down the path to a test based cycle.

im pretty sure turinabol is a steroid . but ph and oral steroids are practically the same shit

37 years old.
Working out for 2 years (almost to the day)
5' 9"
BF%; unknown but I think around 16%.
My measurements:
Chest: 42.5 inches
Arm (R, Flexed): 15 inches
Hips: 38.3 inches
Waist: 36 inches
Thigh (r): 23.5 inches
Calf (r): 16 inches
Forearms (r): 11.8 inches
Shoulders: 48.5 inches
Neck: 16 inches
I track everything I eat (except weekends) and have the following 30 day average breakdown.
Calories: 2875kcal
Carbs: 333g, 44%
Protein: 245g, 33%
Fats: 76g, 23%
Sugars: 114g
Fiber: 56g
Sat fat: 23g
Water: 125oz
Workout:
Monday: Arms, Primary dips, curls, forearms.
Tuesday: Legs & Shoulders, primary squats, shoulder press.
Wednesday: Cardio, run outside or on treadmill 5 miles minimum in 40 minutes.
Thursday: Chest, primary bench press, incline.
Friday: Back, primary deadlifts, wide grip pullups, rows.
Saturday & Sunday: cardio, same as Wednesday.
Goals: I seem to have a hard time putting on weight without putting on fat. I want to put on 8-15lb of lean mass focusing in on balancing out my weaker left side without adding any fat or lowering my BF%.

So I have a couple of questions;
I plan on taking the Turinabol and TSR as per Primordial's suggested stack and dose turinabol at 75mg-90mg a day, should I discontinue any of my herbal supplements while on cycle and are there any other herbals I should take while on cycle or during PCT to maximize results?
How best can I incorporate the Formastane into this cycle/PCT?
Does my diet macros look ok for lean gains?
Training schedule look ok?
Anything else I might be missing?

You may want to try posting in the supplements section, they usually deal with prohormone questions. I believe that the turinabol from PP is actually a clone of H-drol. I have never taken that so I can't help you with your questions, but you should mention that when you post in the supp section.

Kiwidave you should take it to the differant sections workout to workout section and so on In my opinion your workout is not good you need a rest day plus a better lay out of your training days

Cool, thanks for the reply. I take a rest day on the weekends with my run being either sat or sun, I also drive a computer fir work so get ton of rest during the day.
Please let me know how you think I should change up my workout, I am very interested it information on that part of it.

PP's "Turinabol " is in fact simply a halodrol clone. It is the ph to o.t. with I believe a 5% conversion rate it o.t. in the body, thus they gave it the marketing "turinabol" name. Similar to many ph's branded "tren " because dienelone is "2 molecules away from actual trenbolone ".
Halodrol is a good starting point into anything hormonal. With exceptions, its mild and has very low sides. It's good for lean and dry gains, diet depending of course. Unfortunately this compound takes between 3 to 4 weeks to hit its full potential. You'll have fun with this ph.

I am currently running Cel"s h-drol, 75 mgs perday with SD pulsed on top. Great dry cycle with lowsides. PP products are good.

should the powder in CEL's m-drol and h-drol taste sweet like candy, more so on m-drol than the h-drol.// im kinda thinking tgis cant be right... help anyone

I personally would not run form on this cycle. I also don't think you need any of the other pp items you purchased either, except perhaps the liver juice. Not to say they're bad products, just unnecessary for this run. Halodrol, a liver supp and clomid is all I feel is needed. Many people even go otc pct with hd and the likes. To each, their own.

Four day workout Day 1 Chest,Tris,Abs Day 2 Quads,Hams,calfs,Day 3 Shoulders,Traps,Abs,Day 4 Back,Biceps,Abs
You can fit cardio at the end of your weight session Also you can do it day on day off or two days on day off two days on always rest your body
The fat shouldnt be that bad if you have your diet right which is a major part.
If your trying to bulk 6to8 reps putting your weight up Then maybe a week of high reps to burn fibers then back to heavy weight and switch your days around Mondays workout to Friday and Fridays on Monday and so on give the brain a fright and the muscles

Thanks mate, I feel like we should change up our workout anyway. I designed our program to hit our week spots and they were arms. I feel like my arms are starting to look ok and would like to hit shoulders harder so might change it up next week and I like the Idea of hit reps one week, heavy next and changing it up.
Any thoughts on my diet and macros breakdown and do you think I need Taurine with H-Drol?

I've only ever needed taurine with superdrol. I would say no, but its a cheap amino so pick some up if you want, to have on hand.
