    NEED HELP STARTING MY VERY 1st CYCLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i finally got sick of dealing with bullshit supps so im pullin the trigger
    on some gear
    i weigh 240 lbs.
    my first cycle i want to look like this :
    12 WEEKS
    Test CYP/ 500mg week for 11 weeks
    DECA / 200-400mg week not sure told i need 400mg for 10 weeks
    D-BOL/ 35mg a day for 4 weeks
    nolvadex /10-20mg a day for 16 wks.
    vitamin B-6/ 200mg a day for 16 wks.

    and clomid therapy week 14-16
    day 1 300mg day 2-11/ 100mg day 12-21 50mg

    I WOULD REALLY WANT TO AVOID GYNO AT ALL COSTS
    so if you guys have any objections just leave a comment or email

    i would also plan on taking these supps:
    GNC WHEY PROTEIN 60g Per Serving
    MILK THISTLE 1 GRAM/D
    H-THORNE BERRY EXTRACT 5 GRAMS/D
    MULTI-V
    OMEGA 3 FISH OIL
    BCAA 60 GRAMS/D
    GLUTAMINE 30 GRAMS/D
    ALPHA LIPOIC ACID 900mg/D
    VIT. C 3 GRAMS/D
    Resveratrol 2 GRAMS/D
    SAW PALMETTO

    was also considering omega 6's and Pre Workout

    also any info and or objections just leave a comment or email
    also if you guys know of any good mass workouts and diets

    Way to much compounds for a 1st cycle!

    You mentioned your weight...What are your other stats? this is important!

    I suggest your have a read of this thread, it will outline the best biggeners cycle info - Test beginner cycle info

    This will have basically every thing you need to know

    As every1 has stated stats are a pre-req to cycle advice. Also is your PCT only 2 weeks?

    if over 16% bf everyone will say cut first diet and cardio. If under test only unless your really focusing on getting bigger. Then 4 weeks dbol . Deca is for later cycles.

    1st cycle HELP

    im 6 feet tall and 240 depending on day
    and atleast 20% body fat i dont know what other stats you want
    i can bench press 425 pounds i get strong and quick just takes me
    forever to get big i've been training for six years and im 20 years old

    my bicep is 18 inchs waist 38 inches these are the only measurements i know

    i know people are gunna tell me to cut up but i want to get bigger
    then cut up i want to try and hit 230-240 lbs. 8% body fat by next summer
    and also be able to rep 3 plates on bench, atleast 1 plate on curls, rep 4 plate on deads,
    rep 3 or 4 plates on squat i had a leg injury so im back below 2 plates
    going for 20 inch arms just overall bigger everything


    any input greatly appreciated if you guys thinks thats too many compounds
    for a first cycle

    then what about
    500mg Test Cyp. wk
    40mg D-BOL daily/4 weeks

    i want to take precautionary anti estros while on cycle to make sure i dont get gyno tell me what you guys think i should use arimadex or letro or what
    and i was gunna take clomid for pct for 3 weeks

    and after your cycle you want to beable to bench 315 for reps?

    At 20 years old you have so much natural test right now you do not need AAS. What you need is a solid diet.

    I have been researching my cycle for along time now and the first thing i learnt is that i still have alot to learn and gain from the experienced users on the site. Be patient, research get things 110% right then give it your best shot. You need to provide people with stats and history. 20% Body fat is where i am at and i am not starting my cycle till i get below 15%, diet is the key to success bro. Good luck and make sure you use the good advice you will get off the site.

    still need help

    all i get from you guys is to take just test and dbol
    still would like some good PCT info and precautionary
    gear i could take while on cycle i really want my sides
    to be as mild as possible and avoid gyno

    also if you guys know anywhere i could look up
    a good bulk and cut diet and maybe a workout
    plan i need a real solid bulk workout i think ones
    that really cover everything are hard to come by

    Everybody just wants answers without researching. I will tell you from first hand experience that there were things I learned that I wasn't looking for. IMHO you NEED to read the educational threads and do more extensive research. I will also tell you that in the diet section there are diets that you can emulate. Every question you have,......... will have an answer if you look for it. Don't make the same mistake I did and just do what someone says. Everybody is different.     i dont understand why the really young guys that come on here asking for advice think that putting all caps or disrespecting members that have been here for along time with great advice is the way to get what they want. All you need to do is read everything you could want to know is more than likely in a previous post and the question has already been answered.

    So, if I understand you correctly, you basically want us to tell you how to do everything? What to use, how to use it, what to eat while using it, how to workout while on it (once for "bulking" and once for "cutting"), what to use for sides while on it, how to avoid gyno while using it, precautionary suppliments to take with it and a solid PCT for when you are done cycling it?

    Anything else?

    KID... sorry if these guys are being mean and not answering your questions.. i recomend you do twice as much as you proposed in your orginal post, but i also recomend you inject it interveniously as it gets into your system much faster.. PCT is for pussies, just stay on the gear until you get as big as you want to be..
