What would you do? Cycle advice needed..
HI All,
I have been a member of this forum and other forums for years now, so I dont really want to hear the whole 'go research' and 'you shouldnt do this and that' without anything constructive.
I am now 28, and when I was 22 and 24, I did a Winny only Cycle.
First time it was 20mls of illium Stanabolic, and second time I took 40mls.
The gains were great, i.e. I put on size, strength and got some defintion.
I am 174cm, and weigh 84kg.
No idea what my body fat percentage is, but I can see my abs, however have the ring of fat around my obligues and lower back..
I am going to take around 30mls of winny, with some Clenbutarol.
I DONT want to put on too much weight or muscle, I just want to help get a little more tonned and harder.
What do you guys think of that? Will the clen help me lose those fat deposits in my hips?

All you need is a good diet and some cardio...
Why don't you post your daily diet up and let us look at it, I am willing to bet that is your problem.

i know my problem is due to the fact that I dont have a diet!!
I do however, watch what I eat.. i.e. dont often eat fatty foods, and try to keep it lean.
But for example, i eat things like schniztel, dried fruits and alot of fruit! especially at night..

I guess it really boils down to how badly you want it. You know what the issue is and eating a pill is not going to fix it so you have a choice to make. Either you can make a habbit change and start putting the effort required into your diet so you can achieve your goal or you can continue to cut corners and not have a mid section that you want. It's that simple..

so you are looking for a bandaid for a poor diet... thats basically what you are saying. Look at it this way then. If you current diet gets you what you currently look like, what makes you think when you are done this poor cycle you wont return back to the state? Its your choice man, but you obviously are not serious enough to do this the right way so best of luck to you.

And on a side note, I dont see anything about any sort of training or excersise so I assume you just want to take something that makes all your dreams come true without putting in an effort... but hey, I guess thats 99% of society so I cant blame ya for it

If you have been a member of this forum and many others for years then why are you asking these questions. They should be very obvious to you

Cardio at least 1 hour a day
Losing the "Fat deposits on your hips and your fat ring" should be a cake walk in 12 weeks or less.
Steroids are the easy way out. See what you can do natuarally and you will be very surprised and much happier knowing you did it thru hard work without added help

I must have come across the wrong way.
I do diet, and I do stay away from bad foods. I do occassionally eat things i mentioned above, but I do alot of cardio and weights training to justify eating it.
The fat deposits around my hip and lower back is what I can't get rid of regardless of how hard I train/diet..
