    Exclamation --------------------------> I need help with Gynecomastia < ----------------

    So, here is the scoop.

    - 16 week cycle
    - 500 mg a week of Test-E
    - PCT of 40 mg of Nolva for 1 week and 20 mg for 4 weeks

    Two weeks after I stopped the Nolva I developed a lump under my left tit..... I jumped back on Nolva as soon as I noticed. Eventually I went to go see my Doctor and he told me that as soon as my hormone levels reached normal levels the Gyno would subside. I waited another 3 weeks and went to see 2 more doctors for a second and third opinion. Both doctors agreed and told me to wait for 3 months. They seemed very sure that it would go away.

    I have no waited 2 months after my initial visit with my Doctor and I still have that bloody lump under my left nipple. The pain has reduced by about 70 percent but it will still sometimes sting if I hit it or rub it hard.............

    I need some advice guys. Do you think my Doctors are right about this ? Is it common for these things to go away after time ?

    Not gonna go away unless you cut it out...

    AIs will reduce it but wont get rid of it fully

    I don't understand why this would not go away over time........ Like I said, I have been to three different doctors and they all told me the same thing: it will go away, just wait a few months.

    Gyno is common with other drugs like Finasteride and the same protocol is followed: wait it out and things should return to normal. I simply don't understand how so many doctors would have the same opinion if it wasn't true.

    But are these GP doctors or speciallists? GPs are GENERAL practioners so they know lil amounts on alot of different things, they may not know alot about gyno mate

    On Friday I went to go see another Doctor and requested a referral to a specialist. The Doctor reluctantly gave me what I asked for but he also told me that I am overreacting. He told me that this kind of thing happens with several different types of medications - Finasteride, used for hair loss, inhibits DHT and so it will change hormone levels creating an estrogen high enviroment for Gyno to occure, for example - and that your body will eventually reach it's natural hormone levels once the medication is stopped for a while. He told me that this could take several months but that he was absolutely confident that I have nothing to worry about. He assured me.

    This is a Doctor that has claimed to see many people that have had Gyno come (due to hormonal drugs) and go. Like I said, he was reluctant to give me a referral and supreamly confident in his opinion. And, while I agree that a GP shouldn't be trusted when it comes to this kind of thing I am conflicted because this one seems like he knows. Not to mention the 3 other Doctors I saw before this point.

    Who is telling the truth?

    One last thing. And I really do thank you all for your help.

    I have been off cycle, and all drugs for that matter, for the past 3 and a half months. Therefore I cannot count on taking AI's or things like Letro at this point. My only two options are surgery or to wait out this little bastard and see if it goes away.

    The Doctor also said that if the lump remains for over 1 year chances are good that it has turned into scar tissue and, at that point, it will need to be cut out.

    I would start taking nolva at 40mg's/day and letro - it can drasticlly reduce the size of the lump. Keep taking the nolva even after the letro to help prevent a rebound.
