    Thumbs down no muscle gains ??help

    hi all im doin a cycle that consists of 700test per week and 600 deca im also using proviron , on my previos cycle i used test enth 250 2 ml per week with 4 weeks of dbol and put on like 14 pound , as soon as i came off i lost most of the weight but kept my size, fpr pct i used nolva and chlomid as will be this time , ive curently puton about 15 pounds with this cycle but i measures my arms chest legs shoulder width stomach ect... im into week 7 or 8 still no gains, i dont think the gear is bunk ive got all the normal signs moodyness and spots , im pinning 2 times aweek as i have lab grade gear low ester so i hear ,

    diet
    8 am - oats ,orange juice, apple
    10am -chicken brest with rice or brown pasta nuts and oats bar
    1.00pm-same as above with frusili bar rice cakes
    3.00 shake 50 grams of protein per serving
    6.00 big bowl of pasta
    workout
    shake straight after workout
    8.oo before bed chicken and greek style yogert

    i often throw in some nuts and change the meals around slightly maybe having jacket potatoo ect

    ive started throwing in 20mg of dbol aday so this cycle is not completly wasted any input would be great , thanks

    also any advive on a next cycle to try , looking for size ....

    stats are 10 bf (online calculated)

    So you started this cycle at 145lbs and 5'11??

    How old are you??

    i havent seen any gains visible and when i measured myself i havent put anything on and my weights shot up so im confused

    im 20 mate and why are the doses small 700 test enth 600 deca 25 mg of proviron ed ? see i thought that was quite high correct me iff im wrong

    lolz, actually misread the post. I was reading about your first cycle of 250mg Test E/wk. Dude, your HPTA and Growth Plates aren't fully matured yet. WTF ARE YOU DOING? The Dianabol dose is mega low, dude. Too low to be effective. 50-60mg would be much better. And what would be way better is to wait till you're past 25. But you're not going to listen or care about that, so anyways. You're actually taking more Test/Deca than me ! This sounds like a classic case (if you started at 145lbs) of gains obtained with AS where drugs were completely unnecessary imho. You could have gained that and more naturally.

    ok thanks fella ill take that on board , serious theres people like 15 16 taking aas in wales its like the steroid capitol of the world i think 1 in 4 has taken aas something crazy like that

    Man, I think your diet is a mess and you don't really know what the hell you are doing.

    Why don't you start eating more meat, potatoes and start hitting the weights harder... get to 190lbs before taking anything.

    Get organized and do some research...

    As far as the diet goes.. just by reading it now I can tell you it needs some work.. Post your diet up in the nutrition section I'm sure someone could help you out. Imo you need to throw in more protein.

    Sorry mate, but i think you should get more serious, set up your diet and get to 180lbs natural, but you already f*cked yourself up. No offence but i know guys that just started working out ,and have better stats than you do... :/
