Off time before starting new cycle?
I just finished a 12 week cycle on test-e a little over 3 weeks ago, just started my PCT. I'm PCTing 4 weeks of clomid and nolva.
Is it true that on time should equal off time? Is that from the time of your last injection or from when your PCT finishes, or from 3 weeks after my last injection once the test-e is out of my system?
Once my PCT is complete , is 8 weeks long enough to wait before I start my next cycle? I'm using prop and tren for 10 weeks next cycle.

Fyi I have never cycled, but most people recommend time on=time off. From the time you first injected until your last day of PCT=time on. Basically following that guideline you will want to take 18 weeks off.

Yeah test-e was my first cycle. A few of my mates did/are doing Test+Deca but I don't like the water retention, i'm assuming you guys know Zyzz on here, we go to the same gym he's pretty much my goal at the moment, I don't wanna get massive and look intimidating, I wanna get big but stay lean and shredded, all my mates that did test and deca look shit to me, not the look i'm after.

what kind of gains did you see from your cycle? how much have you kept so far... just wondering

put on 9.5, lost about 3 at the moment but it's mostly fat because i'm cutting at the moment, did my measurements and my arms, legs, chest etc are still all at the same size, just lost fat on my abs mostly

and btw ive trained with him as well...
hes 6ft 2 and 85kg...
yet u need multiple cycles to gain that...
at that height with multiple cycles someone should be looking at 100kg

the fact is that if u need multiple cycles to hit ur goal physique of under 200 pounds at over 6ft u have a major problem with either ur diet, training or ur natural base

i know..the fact they have even used harsh compounds like tren in multiple cycles and yet are still under 200 pounds....
someone explain to me the point..

Because they are all bout heaps of gear and not working as hard as they can to get the gains, of course your going to get gains on heaps of tren , train weights a few times a week and eat 3 meals a day

I'm on 200lbs/91kg atm. 6'3"
Diet is good, live off eggs, tuna chicken and steak, no alcohol or drugs. Low BF not sure exactly what it is though, I'm pretty lean but.. arms are 16" atm, forget other measurements, have them written down.
i'm not a "zyzz mirin kid" man, all i said is by end of next year he is my goal, i asked a question to get answered, not for you to come in here and talk shit, so back the **** up and go find another thread to derail unless you're gonna help, yea?
why am i a joke man? i don't need multiple cycles to get the "shredded look" i'm after, i could cut right now and look similar yet smaller, i wanna be bigger all round though but stay lean while i do it. what exactly are you trying to contribute?

Random jump in but I thought he was 95kg? Either way a lot of people are after that physique now days.
