pulled muscle?
tonight I was doing inclined leg press with 720 and going into my 2nd set I felt something pop in my inner thigh up high it doesnt hurt but im nervous about it my question is how can you tell if its torn or pulled? and if it is how long should i lay off legs?

if you pulled or torn something you defoiently would have felt some degree of pain.

thanks I mean its a bit uncomfortable but not pain so to speak it kind of freaked me out feeling a pop like that.
