How long to wait before starting another cycle ?

I currently just finished my 12 week 500mg/week Test E cycle and im almost done with my PCT, I want to begin my Anavar only cycle as soon as possible, ill Be taking 50mg of anavar ED for 8 weeks

My question is how long do i have to wait after my PCT is over before begining my Anavar only cycle ?

Wait a few weeks, get some blood work, gauge how well you recovered then take another 18 weeks off.

Well now i feel great, i lost barley any streangth or mass since coming off, and my libido was not noticebly effected either

i know var is mild but it may stilll cause shut down, perhaps running a small trt dose of test would be wise

I know the general rule i have seen on these forums is : PCT + time on = time off

I thought it was Time on (Inc PCT) + half = Time off.

So like HawaiianPride said 18 weeks.

General rule and after bloodwork is time on+pct = time off

You're waaaaayyyy too young to be running AAS not to mention Rushing into your second cycle.... at 19 years old, Youa re going to do permanent damage to yourself!
