    Injection Site Scar Tissue

We're supposed to rotate injection sites to prevent or lower the scar tissues. If scar tissues are formed will they ever break down or do you have them for life?

It will break down but you gotta rub it hard. Kinda like deep tissue directly on the site and it will hurt.

Mine has stuck w/ me (in the glutes) for a few years now. I've been off for several months now, but when i rub my glute i know that scar tissue is there. But then again, i abused it for several years. Now i hit the delts, tri's, quads and sometimes lats.

I rub mine out after each injection. Hurts like a (B)witch. Should I wait for a couple of days before I rub it out?

I'm not familiar w/ this rubbing process....Why not just inject elsewhere? There's a lot of spots to do so.
