    Arrow Im a Complete Newb.. Need advice/info!

    So i'll try and state as much as I possibly can.

    Height: 6'0
    Weight: 137
    BF: Around 7% ish

    Diet: Try and stay away from unhealthy foods, like sweets. Drink water all day every day, around a gallon.

    I take Nitrix pills to Increase blood flow and thicken blood.
    Also take Creatine around 5-10 mg a day

    Breakfast: 7 Chicken Mini's from Chik-fil-a
    Lunch: 2 chicken patties, apple sauce, pudding, milk
    Dinner: 8 oz steak maybe, chicken, a rack of ribs.

    The reason I'm so light is because all my life i've been a runner and i'm done with the fast but thin look. I read on another guy's post that he is a runner too so i'll go ahead and state my fastest 5k and mile time. 5k is 18:30, and mile is 5:03.

    My workouts are:

    Mon: Chest/tri
    Wed: Biceps/back
    Fri: Legs

    Abs are everyday.

    My question or advice is, I am getting ready to start a 8 week cycle.
    All I have is the stuff.. I don't want Gyco or anything like that.
    What anti estrogen stuff do I need to do before I start my cycle, or even when I'm on it?
    Where do I get it? Is it OTC stuff or can I get it off the shelf at like rite aid or something?

    If you need to know anything else just let me know

    DO NOT start a cycle!

    You need to head over to the diet section first. You are not ready to cycle.

    you need to visit the diet forum first eating 3x a day is not enough to gain.

    That was a vague daily eating schedule. I do eat constantly throughout the day, pb&j's, Noodles, fries, ANYTHING! Especially meat, I have to eat that every single meal I have.

    Is that even possible??? I am 6'2 220lb, I would be dead, I mean literally dead @ 150lb!!!

    dude " you eat meat every meal" means nothing what are the macros? seriously do your self a favor and get a diet worked out you are stick skinny just being real.

    Which is Kind of the point of trying to gain weight :/ But thanks. I know i'm stick skinny. So far I'm at a 3 lb weight gain a month from eating/protein shakes and working my ass off.

    Anabolic Steroids are not for you at this moment in time. Your problem is your diet and possibly your workout's. You need to read as much information as possible on dieting and how to gain weight NATURALLY. If you decide to cycle you are running the risk of damaging your health, take this advice and head over to the diet section. You have come here for advice from knowledgeable people, so please do not ignore it.

    do you not even train shoulders?

    ur diet is absolutely poor... u dont know where to get pct.... you dont know how to use anti estrogens... all you have is the gear...which im sure u have no idea how to run properly....

    trust me when ppl are saying dont gear..they r trying to help u...u could easily train up to 180 pounds naturally EASILY....and still you would be pretty thin for your height..

    wat is ur age also?

    u may think ur working your ass off..but the reason u rnt gaining properly is because you arnt dieting or training properly........

    with a proper diet and training regime and then working your ass off..u will see rapid results at your weight...

    how long have you been lifting weights..

    I'm just curious what do you think will happen to your body if you were to use steroids ? If the illusion of putting on like 40 or 50 lbs and totally transforming yourself is your dream...forget it, it's not gonna happen, steroids are not the wonder drug and do very little if proper diet is not in place. Please listen to what has been said to you and get a diet, put on weight train w weights and stay away from the running if you can. At 137lbs and wanting to gain, cardio in the extreme is not your friend.
    Welcome to the board, hang around the diet and training sections and read till your eyes bleed, you will learn how to eat and train and gains will come naturally, and there will be no need for such a desperate attempt to gain through anabolic use.

    Everything you've said about your diet says that its crap and you're not eating right. Go take a look at some of the diets posted in the diet section. As for working your ass off i'd have to see your whole routine. Drive 2 hours up to cincinnati and i'll get you on a good workout.

    Holy H3LL!!! You need to carry around buckets of food and stuff ur face 24/7. You're holocaust skinny! Kudos if u can make healthy choices, but I doubt if u ate pizza in the middle of the night it would hurt u any.

    Haha I don't think it would either. I'll take a look at the dietary section. And yeah about the skinny... again. i know. At least i'm working on gaining right?
